Modify to mitigate, no?

Last night, this was on my mind.


Many of the common aging ailments might be mitigated if we modified our habits

Waking in the middle of the night to pee? Don’t drink anything past dinner time.

Not yourself in Spring? Perhaps allergy injections, versus over the counter medicine or a doctor visit when it gets severe

Awaken in the middle of the night? Stop caffeine use by 3pm.
