He doesn’t know he ran farther than he’s every run before. Yesterday, a Saturday, we covered 1.5 miles before we stopped to walk.

His previous longest continuous run was 1.25 miles.

Two days prior to this milestone, we ran his fastest (by far) track interval workout.

Knowing our pace yesterday would be ridiculously slow, i thought we could still manage a personal best, but rather than speed, i challenged it to distance covered.

Seeing tangible results is highly motivating.
