Was averaging 8 miles M-F. That’s 40 miles walking per week, excluding whatever happens on the weekend.

Give me some good news.

Ok.

Making consistent mental and emotional progress on adjusting my physical vibrancy expectations as i get closer to 70.

This is a big deal.

Why?

The mind still says go, go, go.

The body says become a master at avoiding injuries that create lasting pain or require you to stop doing something that you’ve done since you were in high school.
