Healthspan video on aging and what it means to you and me…
To know our health is our greatest asset yet not do consistent, lifetime demonstrable effort to be well is hypocritical, in my opinion.
What’s your opinion?
PS. i remember when the guilt prompted me to change. It was 1999. i was 40.
This is worth repeating…To know our health is our greatest asset yet not do consistent, lifetime demonstrable effort to be well is hypocritical.
Note: For the past year or so, i’ve flossed my teeth before bedtime. What no one realizes is that roughly 50% of the time i don’t feel like doing it because i’m too tired and i rationalize, “Missing one day won’t hurt.” Missing one day makes it easier to miss another…so i’ve drawn a line in the sand and refuse to miss a single day.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.
