What are some of your earliest blogging memories?
Fostering a sense of peace that i was building a Plan B.
Why?
In case another unexpected economic crisis, like the Great Recession of 2008, required Cast Member layoffs.
None of my colleagues knew i was building a Plan B.
None of my colleagues decided to also build their own Plan B.
It was a crazy idea.
Over-reaction?
An unnecessary idea?
No.
Just last year, 2025, Disney Institute (DI) was re-imagined and many DI staff, including some of my former colleagues who were still there, lost their jobs.
With no Plan B.
