I wonder if the Dalai Lama has work life balance

everyday begins on my knees and most days involve moderate exercise early in the morning

Wondering if the Dalai Lama has work life balance. Spiritual wellbeing is critical, most would say. So is physical wellbeing. And many believe it’s a sin to neglect one or the other.

Compared to the Dalai Lama in mainstream consciousness, are we a David before a Goliath. Outside of mainstream, well, no comment at this time.
