Just this morning a fellow blogger shared an email that this health and wellness blog post motivated her to not quit. When you get up early and have the choice between exercising or putting it off (and getting one day closer to quitting), don’t.

The key wellness tip is to find a million ways to stay motivated because getting motivated to start is the tip of the exercise iceberg. Staying motivated is the rest of it.
