  1. In the morning before the devil knows we’re awake and makes us busy
  2. Eating a decent breakfast, even a PB&J (and milk) in the car on our way to work
  3. In the evening, crawling in bed with enough time to get eight hours of sleep

The Spring Masters Track & Field season is 60 days away. Was reminded of that while jogging this morning.

Time to figure out a doable, accelerated plan for the drop down to 800 meters.  All of you are giving thought to your unending methods to stay motivated. Right?
