Physical joy

Physical joy.

Joy.

From Google (the previous line hyperlink)…

Joy is a profound, lasting emotion of intense happiness, contentment, and delight often arising from a sense of well-being, success, or deep spiritual purpose. Unlike fleeting pleasure, it often persists regardless of circumstances, serving as a deep, inner state of gladness.

Note, didn’t yellow-highlight the above sentence. It simply resulted from the copy/paste of the first definition.

So physical joy is all of that, physically.

Pretty cool investment to get results like that.

Physical teamwork

Physical teamwork.

Teamwork makes the dream work.

No person is an island.

The exception is the exception.

Our movement, sleep and nutrition drive our actions, and, inactions.

Our actions and inactions drive how others experience us.

How others experience us determines if they want to join our team, and stay on our team.

Friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, etc.

Your first, most important friend is yourself.

All of this starts with our movement.

However you move, make it active and fun, for everyone.

Physical setbacks

Physical setbacks.

They’re gonna happen.

You’ll be consistently challenged your entire life by small, medium and large health challenges. Challenges you see coming, and challenges you never see coming.

#truth

Doubts and fears — versus — hopes and dreams.

Profuse, perverse, and pervasive societal norms that promote a low-standard of physical vibrancy expectations.

Few if any personal, lifetime role models.

A constant conflict with reality.

Wisdom comes from experience. Experience comes from making mistakes.

You can intentionally take small, calculated risks with your physical health. If your risk ‘fails’, it’s still a success because you learned something and any ‘damage’ was small , unnoticeable, and easily corrected.

Physical setbacks can diminish as you age if you embrace and cultivate being an example rather than a warning. They can also multiply if you embrace waiting and procrastination.

The odds in either direction, however, seem to be influenced by architecting your personal vibrancy, with great intention.

Recovery from risks successful failures, by design, so to speak.

Remember, waiting and doing nothing are the twin siblings of self destruction.

A year from now you’ll wish you had started today.

If anything can go wrong, it will.

Or, using your be an example not a warning mindset, “If anything can go right, it will.”

Physical reality

Reality defined.

From Google: “Reality encompasses the totality of all facts, events, and existence, regardless of whether they are known or observed. Key synonyms include actuality, truth, existence, substance, fact, and realness.”

Physical reality…

To me then, physical reality is the totality of all my movement, nutrition, and rest.

Hoping to consistently and overwhelmingly achieve an exceptionally vibrant temple housing everything keeping me alive.
