How about this for a pill?

aging and attitude
They are 100+ years old and talk like they are 17.

How about this for a pill?

What?

Drinking 6 ounces of water when you awaken.

This becomes easy to accomplish if the night before you ensure you’ve got bediside water ready for morning.

Reflected yesterday, talking with one of the gransdmother’s, that daily pills are rarely missed but drinking enough water seems elusive for many.

Treat staying hydrated like taking pills and see elusiveness disappear.

family photo
Halfway through Senior year.

Questions i ask myself…

How fit were you in High School?

How fit are you now?

Are you where you’d thought you’d be at your age?

Why?

The gym is not different from school

Last night, class of 2019.

The gym is not different from school.

Both are learning centers designed to bring out the best in each individual.

Life revolves around learning.

Many adults learn far too late that their body is a temple housing everything keeping them alive.

Son, learn a million ways to stay motivated.

PS. As your great grandmother (Grammy Felegy) always said, “Health is wealth”.

Adapt like you mean it

First Interstate drive was yesterday afternoon.

Adapt like you mean it.

Driving through Lake Buena Vista, onto Interstate 4, past Universal Studios to the Mall at Millenia – some of the busiest tourist corridors in the world – you immediately adapted to a heightened level of new-driver difficulty never before experienced.

Well done.

Now transfer adaptability to wellness.

When you arrive at college, you will be in a heightened level of distraction, time management and personal responsibility.

Rise to the occasion like you always do.
