Started the day with a 50-minute run in Orlando. Ended with walks totaling a few miles. Great exercise, even for a travel day. My feet felt great all day. On the comeback trail… at the Next Blog
Foot and ankle pain 101. Chronic foot pain gone. But pain in Achilles’ tendon. Not enough to cause pain while running. The pain is actually more discreet. Standing sometimes, or stretching. Better call Dr Wagner.

What’s the buzz at Lane 8? Last week had the first track workout in three years. And the first “speed work” in the same three years. Sure, the times were slow, but compared to no speed work, it’s causing a buzz around here.
