culture — Habits bless us and curse us. We are not doomed, as the cartoon states, unless we think we are.

Habits are a tidal wave.

Bad habits can control us and overwhelm us like a tidal wave – completely wrecking whatever is in its path.

And this control can last a lifetime.

Same thing happens in companies that haven’t learned to manage their culture well.

Back to doom and gloom. You have the power, with the right goals and motivation, to not be doomed.
