Exercise, rest, and nutrition are always the big three

The Great Salt Lake from a distance in a plane
The Great Salt Lake upper center – not enough time for a decent meal

Exercise, rest, and nutrition are always the big three. When tired and at the end of a long trip, common sense becomes more challenging.

Two food options.

Starbucks had 15 people in line.

A breakfast place next door with no line. Zero people.

We ate on the plane.

All that seemed edible was the eggs and potatoes .

Classic case of do the best you can with what you’re given.

Final walk and maybe the last ever?

Walking through Seattle, The Palouse, and Glacier National Park was great exercise.

Invigorating.

Inspiring.

Fun.

Was this the last time we’ll visit those places?

Odds are high.

Been 20 years since the last time. And 30+ for visiting Pike Place Market.

Arrived at 6:25am to discover a closed gate and an opening time of 7am.

Made the most of the extra 35 minutes.
