Don’t pee your pants

Note: Video above is from Summer 2009. Was nervous about the World Championships because i was nursing a foot injury i never told anyone about. Was nervous about Hurricane Nicole as it came right over us…tornadoes can make you pee your pants.

Preparation is excellent defense against anxiety.

Physical humility
