St Mary Village views
GNP. Yesterday morning around sunrise. There’s a big mountain in there, sunlight dancing off its Eastern slope.

I have a new philosophy. I’m only going to dread one day at a time.

You know this

GNP.
GNP.

i won’t eat healthy. i won’t exercise regularly. i will not honor a set bedtime. i will not break away from fast food choices and sugar.

Sounds ridiculous, right?

No trophy.

No participation medal.

No commemorative runner’s bib.

Not even a mention on social media.

i just did it.

PS. Not judging people who seek the recognition, just saying there’s another option, one that i believe pays far deeper dividends. i’ve done both, which allows me to offer a personal comparison.

Why We Get Old

“We don’t stop doing things because we get old.  We get old because we stop doing things”. — unknown

Our mind has an instrument that measures our belief system.  It’s pass or fail – it’s the quote above.

It’s up to you and I to make our choice.  Always has been.  Always will be.  Carpe diem!  🙂
