Listing side effects is necessary because there’s a chance, however small, that any of these can occur. There’s a chance none will happen. Also a chance multiple will happen.

Chances are high, medium or low.

With almost everything.

Chances are low most humans will exercise until they die.

Chances are high that most humans will not eat well for their entire lifetime.

The chances for chances is literally guaranteed.
