Biked to bank and back but stopped at MK to do a client call.

Walked three miles to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and back. Then biked another four miles home. Moving for 24 miles never makes me feel sad.

A 20-mile day feels wonderful.

Have spent enough time in nursing homes to know that physical inaction will never feel like a great habit.
