Lucky for me my temple is overwhelmingly healthy. The harder i work, the luckier i get.

Well over 100 days ago, the eye doctor ordered me to be a couch-potato.
It’s been so long since my body has moved that i’m ‘sort of’ used to not moving.
Luckily, my thoughts focus on the opportunity to give my temple a hard-boot reset (like a computer hard reboot).
Also focused on eating decently and sleeping eight hours every night.
Nutrition and rest.
Two of the three big physical vibrancy buckets. Moving is the third.
Lucky to have figured out how to burn the ships and never return to physical survival.
Lucky to have discovered the term, and meaning of, vibrancy.
