The Resistance has an old-as-time meaning regarding exercise.

So little running in our lives.

You don’t have to be a runner, but you do have to be something.

You’re in this (being active) for a lifetime.

Taking care of your temple is not optional.

Son, as you prepare to leave for college tomorrow, may you already have in your mind what your health habits and rituals will be for your freshman year.
