Genetics too, to a certain degree.

But these seven really help anyone:

  1. Cardio
  2. Strength
  3. Nutrition
  4. Flexibility
  5. Core
  6. Rest
  7. Motivation

No one has to do them all.

And your mileage may vary.

Best mileage is achieved by doing all seven.

Number seven, by the way, is the most critical for long-term success.
