Running and blogging… this morning it’s one or the other. The choice was easy based on:
- Had five solid running days last week
- jeff noel’s promise is daily blogging, not daily running
- a day from running can be seen as active rest
- rest is way under rated
- so is living up to our promises
Remain amazed with all the choices in front of us. All day. Every day.
