Physical 2021 wins:
- Maintained physical vibrancy all day, every day
- Gradually increased jogging distance from 100 meters/day
- Reached four miles continuous jogging without foot pain
- Did 10 pull ups for 1st time in years
- Ran 7:48/mile pace for short stretch
Context: An 8-minute mile is a pedestrian pace. As a sprinter, my 5k PR is 18:32 (5:59/mile for 3 consecutive miles).
