Health. Wellness. Peace. Contentment.
Where do these elusive things come from?
From a daily process to think about them, act on them and to remember to never stop the daily focus.
That’s all it takes.
And to that end, yesterday, we walked up 219 stairs.
This did not qualify us for the Olympics, nor did we do enough exercise to not have to worry about our health today.
But we did what was available to us yesterday, and today will be no different.
But it’s too difficult!
If you think it is, it is.
If you think it isn’t, it isn’t.

Diet and exercise are the keys to a healthier lifestyle.
Not a perfect lifestyle.
But a healthier lifestyle.
Why wouldn’t everyone want a piece of that?
What is wellness?
Wellness is the overall balance between life’s four big decisions:

This is where people have a huge opportunity. Life is four, not two.
This is why so many people struggle. Why so many fail.
Being good in three out of four doesn’t deliver balance, happiness, or peace.
