Left our house around 7:10 AM. We enjoyed another two miles to return home.

i miss running and i envision a future where i can again.

Guessing it’s been five years since the last time i could run, even slowly, without pain.

After five years being unable to run, even slowly, hope is strong that the day will eventually come.

Was tracking in that direction before two retina-repair surgeries stopped me from exercise of any kind for half a year.
