Covid-19 has eliminated the option to bicycle through Walt Disney World. Interstate 4, known by locals as “The Monster” because of traffic volume, is tame enough for me to feel safe biking on it.
Bicycle marathon seemed reasonable.
Needed exercise.
Needed fresh air.
Needed thinking time.
Wanted to explore a video recorded story from my Disney Institute Summer School days.
The perfect mashup to bike 26 mile roundtrip and accomplish everything in this post.

With gyms closed and no desire to have a home gym, today will be a creative opportunity to use what’s around us.
You know when you can see a stray dog or cat and know the animal is a stray and malnourished, usually because they are mangy and you can see their rib cage?
Same thing is easily perceptible (exceptions exist, of course) with people who are malnourished physically.
This is most of America.
