Our “creative” muscle (brain), like every physical muscle simply atrophies with disuse. 

Working on simplifying my business model, structure, processes, particularly around marketing. 

This is an exercise that is done simultaneously while doing everything else an active lifestyle offers. 

The physical exercise to get to this spot and back totaled 4.5 miles and 1,400’ elevation gain. And then there’s the view. Try to not be creative. Impossible.

Create a few daily habits and rituals that few freshmen ever consider:

  • Eat an apple after lunch and dinner.
  • Avoid sleep deprivation
  • Avoid the dessert table

Small wins return compounded daily results.

Small losses (caving to temptation) return compounded daily results.

Go for simple wins and build on them.

No Gym for a month

No Gym for a month.

No shortage of physical activity though.

On a down side, rarely got eight hours of sleep. So much to see and do.

Have been paying for it now that i’m not on the go, even though the past two nights at home i’ve logged 8.0 and 8.5 hours.

It will take some time to get back in “sleeping shape”.
