Small is the new big in this running season

First day of Windermere's Runner's Club
It literally killed me to not be able to run with you and the team this Summer.

 

Yesterday’s 18-minute slow jog was the longest we’ve had together in eight months.

No pain in right foot, ankle, calf.

The previous longest (continuous) time jogging together was 13 minutes.

Small, yet big, accomplishment.

Do you see how i handled the past two years to work back to being able to run pain-free?

But i’m don’t have time to exercise

We did a 90-min walk-run-walk-run.

 

Most of my life i used a busy schedule as my go-to response for why i wasn’t exercising, eating well, and sleeping well to maintain vibrant health.

This habit eventually led to a wake-up call.

Someone who is busier than me is exercising right now.
