10:54 AM: Heart rate next to the red heart, 94bpm. No idea why it is so high. So i am sitting down for a few minutes in the shade and after a nice drink from the Publix water-fountain.
10:55 AM: One minute later heart rate is 67bpm. Grateful. How did it drop 27bpm after only one minute of sitting? Why didn’t it happen while i was walking?
Of all days to close. It’s open seven days a week. Walked here to been seen as a walkin at the “Urgent Care’ wing of the facility. The reason for the spontaneous visit was what felt like an irregular heartbeat, not a high heart rate.
The thought of slowing down in my mid-60’s makes me sick.
