Purge: To rid, clear, or free.
Physically.
Going through a lifetime of Disney paperwork, still.
Have done it many times in my life.
So far on this major paperwork cleansing, not coming across workout paperwork.
Why?
Went digital years ago.
And on previous purges, recycled a lifetime of paper workout logs.
Note: The realization that all the paper logs are gone and i do not need nor miss them…progress indeed.
