Obviously (again, maybe), this is an intentional analogy from work to your physical vibrancy. When you embrace my mantra, “Find a million ways to stay motivated”, you embrace it because we must rely on creatively raising our motivational bar when our health habits feel more like have-to-do than get-to-do.
i love running, but i don’t always love running. Sometimes what i know is necessary is the last thing i feel like doing. Find a million ways to slay this “boredom creep”.
i also love cycling, but our community roads are no longer safe to bike on. Luckily, a comprehensive sidewalk infrastructure is now a reality. Cycling sat idle for a decade until sidewalks saved the day.
