It’s been too long since I’ve exercised. Seriously, it’s at the point where all those years of hard work are quickly starting to fade – this can be very demotivating.
And very dangerous. Running or strength training becomes trickier when you’re an older “health-conscious adult”.
So, once again, the proverbial fork in the road. What do you do? How do you stay motivated? What creative things do you do to not surrender?
