It was way tougher than any of us thought

Small is the new big in this running season

First day of Windermere's Runner's Club
It literally killed me to not be able to run with you and the team this Summer.

 

Yesterday’s 18-minute slow jog was the longest we’ve had together in eight months.

No pain in right foot, ankle, calf.

The previous longest (continuous) time jogging together was 13 minutes.

Small, yet big, accomplishment.

Do you see how i handled the past two years to work back to being able to run pain-free?
