Never forget that being CEO of You, Inc enables you to keep, improve, and maintain physical vibrancy. Calmness, joy, hope, and courage.

Rest is under rated and severely neglected. Today is an active rest day. So was yesterday.

Perhaps the greatest self-reflection opportunity is how to honor the temple housing everything keeping you alive.

The decade between 30 and 40 years old – i was on a potential collision course for a heart attack, or worse. 

Be outside. Daily. 

Move. Daily.

Rest well. Daily.
