Deeper wisdom still is figuring out how to habitualize (operationalize) your structure and processes so it’s on auto-pilot.

Simple.

But simple doesn’t mean easy.

Bonus wisdom: Habits produce your results. Good habits promote excellence. Unproductive habits promote decay.

A shaman sees what is invisible to most. A shaman figures out how to apply what they see. A shaman gets impossible, transformational results. And for the right person/people, a shaman advises others.

Always aiming for 8 hours of sleep. Always.

Not exercising for three consecutive days has a time and a place. It’s rare.

Why wouldn’t we move everyday?

Because society has told us that weekends are for relaxing and taking it easy.
