Supplement our happiness with LSD? Yes, Long Slow Distance. After missing five running days (two planned, three unplanned), got a five-miler in this morning.
Long, slow, distance. Nice and easy. A good 45 minutes of continuous running. The focus is:
- not quitting
- building strong cardiovascular base
- maintaining core strength
- getting back to 15 minutes daily stretching each evening
- running some really good times this Spring and Summer
