Six weeks post operation double hernia repair update:
- Following surgery no exercise for two weeks, then a childishly slow start to running
- Waited a month before retuning to gym, then an infantile return to weight/reps at gym
- Now running two miles daily
- Gym routine at 40% weight/reps
A thought, the last day we exercise is our healthiest forever. We don’t get healthier by doing nothing.
